    Successful implementations have a number of common components. The key components are consultants with strong product knowledge and client personnel who understand their business and are open to new ways of doing business. The implementations can be done faster, cheaper and more successfully by adding additional components to the mix. Consultants with knowledge of specific industries and utilization of industry specific templates and tools. Reilly & Associates utilizes two primary methodologies. Oracles Standard AIM methodology was developed by Oracle specifically for the implementation of the Oracle e-Business Suite. Reilly's Safe Step Methodology was designed by Reilly for the implementation of the Oracle e-Business Suite in mid-sized Process Manufacturing companies. Safe Step utilizes many of the AIM components but deviates where necessary for the needs of mid sized process manufacturers.
