    All companies that use the Oracle e-Business suite will at some point want to upgrade. There are minor upgrades that may have little effect on the business. There are also major upgrades that approach an implementation in their complexity. Some Process companies have needed to upgrade from Datalogix or Oracle Gemms to current releases of Oracle. In these situations it can frequently be better to re-implement than to upgrade.
